I am a qualified therapeutic counsellor and trauma informed somatic therapist. Working online with client in the UK and internationally and offering in person therapy in Falmouth, UK.
I work from an embodied, trauma-informed perspective, supporting you to reconnect with your body as a place of safety, awareness, and regulation. Many of us learn to override our needs and internal rhythms in order to cope with our environment. Over time, this can lead to feeling burnt out, overwhelmed, or stuck in survival mode. Rather than trying to “fix” anything, our work focuses on creating space for understanding, compassion, and change to emerge naturally.
My approach is integrative, drawing on somatic therapy (breathwork, gentle nervous system regulation), alongside talking therapy and psychoeducation to support a deeper understanding of how the mind and body work together..
I have over 10 years professional experience in working with people impacted by trauma, and alongside my practice I work within an NHS mental health team.
One to One Therapy
One-to-one therapy offers a supportive space to explore whatever you’re going through at your own pace.
You might be:
experiencing anxiety, chronic stress or burn-out
feeling overwhelmed or emotionally stuck
struggling with the impact of past experiences or trauma
feeling disconnected from your body or emotions
I provide trauma-informed therapy that supports both mind and body, helping you build awareness, regulation, and a greater sense of safety within yourself. I work with people who have had a lot of therapy but are still feeling stuck emotionally and also with people who have never had therapy before.

Somatic therapy is an approach that includes the body as part of the therapeutic process.
Rather than focusing only on thoughts and talking, we also pay attention to physical sensations, nervous system responses, and how experiences are held in the body.
This can support a deeper sense of awareness, regulation, and connection, particularly for people who have experienced stress or trauma.
In sessions, this might include gentle practices such as breath awareness, grounding, or noticing physical sensations, always at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
-
You’re welcome to bring whatever feels important to you.
People often come to therapy with experiences such as anxiety, overwhelm, relationship difficulties, low mood, or the impact of past experiences.
You don’t need to have a clear understanding of what’s going on, part of the process is exploring this together in a supportive and non-judgemental space.
-
Sessions are usually held weekly, or every two weeks, especially at the beginning of therapy, as this helps to build consistency and support the process.
We can review this together over time and find a rhythm that feels right for you.

My current hourly rate is £60 per hour, although if this feels unmanageable to you right now but you are interested in sessions please get in touch and we can discuss payment options.
